Portsmouth International Port is one of the UK's busiest ferry terminals, handling passenger and freight routes across the Channel. Expression 37 was engaged to carry out development enhancements and resolve a critical technical issue with their ExpressionEngine website.
Expression 37 carried out the following work:
- ExpressionEngine Audit and Assessment: Full review of the ExpressionEngine installation to understand the site architecture and identify issues.
- Critical Issue Resolution: Investigation and resolution of an urgent issue preventing the port team from uploading images and documents, restoring normal operations quickly.
- Development Enhancements: Additional modifications and enhancements to the existing site build.
When an serious issue occurred with our website, meaning that we were unable to upload images or documents, we soon realised that we needed an Expression Engine expert to take a look. Working in tandem with our in-house team, Karl identified the issue and quickly put a fix in place so we could get back to normal.
